Initials shown as ‘H.T.’ on star, ‘J.H.’ on pair, and ‘H.J.’ on the T.F.E.M. His Medal Index Card notes that his correct initials are ‘H(enry) J.’ and that he also served as 126072 3rd Grade Air Mechanic in the Royal Flying Corps.
