M.S.M. awarded 30 December 1901 with Annuity of £10.

Frederick Henry Bradshaw was born in the Parish of St Paul’s, Dublin, and enlisted for the 10th Hussars in January 1866. He served in the first phase of the Afghan Campaign 1878-79, including the assault and taking of Ali Musjid; and in the Soudan Campaign 1884. Received the Afghan Medal 1879-79 with Clasp for Ali Musjid, Soudan Medal with Clasp El-Teb-Tamaai and Khedive’s Star 1884. He was appointed Sergeant in May 1874, Troop Sergeant-Major in June 1881, and Regimental Sergeant-Major in May 1882. He transferred to the School of Auxiliary Cavalry in August 1886, as R.S.M. and Instructor, and remained there until he retired on 31 March 1897. He died on 24 June 1910.
