Medals Related to Motoring & Motor Sport, Germany, International Automobile Exhibition, Berlin, 1899, a bronze medal by Maxin Kunaczynski for the Mitteleuropæischer Motorwagen-Verein, front view of a standing female with arms outstretched, holding a wreath, riding in a primitive car adorned with a Prussian eagle, below a globe showing central Europe, reverse flourishing tree, FUR GUTE LEISTUNGEN on scroll, 65mm (BDM –). A most unusual early German motoring medal, about extremely fine and patinated, extremely rare (£90-120)
