William George Archibald MacDonald. Appointed a Temporary Lieutenant on the General List, 21 June 1942. Appointed a Lieutenant in the Royal Canadian Artillery in July 1942. Promoted to Captain, R.C.A. in September 1947. Qualified as an Instructor in Arctic Training in February 1948. Served in Korea with the R.C.H.A. during 1952-53. Awarded the Canadian Forces Decoration in November 1954; awarded the Army Flying Badge in May 1957. Retired in 1958. With copied service papers.
