2nd Lieutenant Reginald Simon Macnamara Creagh, 14th Battalion Rifle Brigade, died on 5 December 1917, aged 32 years. He was buried in the Kensal Green (St. Mary’s) Roman Catholic Cemetery. He was the son of the late Major Simon Creagh and Mrs Charles Cramer-Hinson (formerly Creagh); and husband of Zoe D. S. Creagh, of 76 Langdale Road, Hove, Sussex. The medals, plaque and a cap badge contained in a wooden glass-fronted frame, 27 x 23cm., the slip which accompanied the plaque is pasted onto the back of the frame. With copied m.i.c. and casualty details.
