Queen’s South Africa 1899-1902, 2 clasps, Cape Colony, Transvaal (2215 Pte., K.R.R.C.); King’s South Africa 1901-02, 2 clasps (2215 Pte., K.R.R.C.); British War Medal 1914-20 (2215 Sjt., K.R.R.C.); Army L.S. & G.C., G.V.R., 1st issue (2215 Sjt., K.R.R.C.); together with an erased Victory Medal 1914-19, some edge bruising and contact marks,nearly very fine and better (5) £160-200

William Thomas Wild was born in Birmingham in 1878. Served in the the 3rd Battalion K.R.R.C. during the Boer War. With the K.R.R.C. during the Great War, before transferring to the R.A.F. as Discipinarian Sergeant in March 1918. Discharged on 9 November 1920. With copied m.i.c., roll and census extracts.
