British War Medal 1914-20 (9387 Pte. F. Mills, Lan. Fus.), good very fine £30-50

Frank Mills was killed in action in Gallipoli on 12 September 1915, while serving in the 1st/8th Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers. The husband of Alice Mills of Foxall Street, Rhodes, Manchester, he has no known grave and is commemorated on the Helles Memorial.
