39th (The Garhwali) Rifles Regiment 1822 Pattern Rifle Officer’s Sword, the 82.5 cm bright blade with single fuller etched with a QVC foliage sprays a strung and coiled bugle horn ‘XXXIX’ within the coil crossed colours and ‘William Smith XXXIXth Hony. Surgeon’ regulation handguard incorporating a Guelphic crown over a coiled bugle horn with XXXIX within the coil, wire bound fish skin grip complete with its steel scabbard, very good condition £300-400
