1st Aberdeenshire Rifle Volunteers Pouch Belt Plate c. 1860 - 1884, a blackened brass example featuring St. Andrew and his cross within an oval bearing the thistle motto and attendant thistle sprays, a pouch badge in blackened brass of the Midlothian Volunteer Rifles (fasteners never applied), a shako/glengarry badge in blackened brass featuring a strung bugle horn with ‘V’ within the strings and a similar small white metal collar badge, a crowned coiled bugle horn pouch badge in silver plate, a die stamped brass Rifle Volunteer shako/glengarry badge being a coiled bugle horn with ‘32’ within the coil and two blackened brass collar badges of the Royal Scots, good overall condition (8) £150-200
