France, Centenary of the Fondation des Papeteries d’Odet, 1922, a silver medal by P.-V. Dautel, seated figure holding tablet, engraved (A.H. Groves), press behind, reverse busts of the Bolloré family heads of the company above a view of the factory buildings, 68mm. Very fine, rare; in green fitted case (£30-50)

Today the Bolloré group is part of SCAC, employing over 21,000 people worldwide in four main activities: plastic films and special papers, transport, tobacco and energy distribution. The factory shown on the medal is at Ergué Gabéric, near Quimper (dép. Finistère)
