France, Chambre Syndicale Bijouterie, Joaillerie et Orfèvrerie de Paris, 1901, a silver award plaque by C. Lefèvre (after J.-B. Daniel-Dupuis), females admiring jewellery, reverse legend, named (À Mr Pierre Laroche, 1932), 52 x 45mm (cf. PBE 318; cf. DNW 47, 890). Small obverse rim knock, very fine (£40-60)

The original design for this plaque was by Daniel-Dupuis, but after his tragic murder in November 1899, a number of his outstanding works were completed by other artists, including Camille Lefèvre
