DNW 46, 774); together with Orphée, 1899, a bronze award medal by M.-A.-L. Coudray, head of Orpheus with lyre, reverse naked winged figure seated on tablet, holding quill and trumpet, violin and bow below, un-named, 68mm (PBE 261; CGMP p.100; BM Acq. 1983-7, p.18, 28; Coll. R. Marx 463; cf. DNW 45, 738); Exposition Universelle Internationale, Paris, 1900, a bronze medal by J.-B. Daniel-Dupuis for the Monnaie de Paris, female symbolising History inscribing a tablet held for her by a cupid, reverse Genie holding torch and leaning against a coining-press, 50mm (PBE 317; CGMP p.173) [3].
