Miscellaneous, Anti-Slavery, c.1800, a cast uniface lead plaque, unsigned, slave kneeling right, hands chained, humanity below, 132 x 88mm (cf. DNW 48, 554). Small casting fault on top edge, otherwise very fine and very rare (£200-250)

A much better example than the plaque sold in these rooms, 30 Nov 2000, lot 554, for £320.
