Miscellaneous, Engraved coin, an Ireland, George I, Woods coinage, Halfpenny [1722-4], rev. planed flat and engraved (River Dunn Company) around 3-masted sailing ship, all retrograde, perhaps for use as a seal, 6.25g. Good fine; worthy of further research £60-80

This piece may be associated with the River Dun Navigation Co, Doncaster, Yorkshire, first established in 1722 and incorporated by Acts of Parliament in 1726, 1727 and 1732. It is thought unlikely to have any connection with the Jamaican river of the same name
