Military General Service 1793-1814, 7 clasps, Martinique, Albuhera, Ciudad Rodrigo, Vittoria, Pyrenees, Orthes, Toulouse (G. Loryman, 7th Foot.) first carriage a little buckled, edge bruising and contact wear, otherwise nearly very fine £2000-2500

George Lorryman was born at Batley, York, a Weaver by trade. He was discharged on 6 July 1815, after serving 7 years 10 months, and was granted a late pension of 6 pence per day on 28 September 1852, being ‘wounded left leg at Badajoz & in left foot and right leg at Rodrigo’. Sold with copied Chelsea Hospital examination record and medal roll entry.
