Archie Lyons was born in Doaktown, New Brunswick, on 13 June 1881. Enlisting in the 10th Siege Battery, C.G.A., in January 1917, he was discharged in May 1919 having served in France and Belgium. He then enlisted into the Canadian Military Police Corps in June 1919, but was discharged that September, and died in November 1956; sold with copied service papers.

William A. King enlisted into the 76th Battalion at Niagara in August 1915 and, after service in England, was discharged as medically unfit in January 1919. Suffering from myalgia, he died in November 1956; sold with copied service papers.

Donald Laird Moss was born in London and enlisted in the Royal Canadian Regiment at Halifax, N.S., in August 1915. Wounded in action in the Ypres Salient on 1 June 1916 - ‘Was taking a message from front line trenches to headquarters. Our artillery was firing onto our own front line. On my way back a shell burst and I was struck in the chest’ - he was discharged as physically unfit in November 1917 and died in January 1958; sold with copied service papers.
