Military Medal, G.V.R. (4697 Sjt., 2/R. Muns. Fus.); British War Medal 1914-20 (4697 W.O. Cl. 2, R. Muns. Fus.); together with an erased name Victory Medal, last with edge bruising, contact marks, fine; others good very fine (3) £350-400

George Taylor enlisted on 28 June 1894. As a Sergeant in the Royal Munster Fusiliers, he entered France on 4 December 1915. Awarded the Military Medal for bravery in the field.
