Private William Joseph Parish, 2nd Battalion Royal Sussex Regiment, was killed/died in Belgium, on 21 May 1940, aged 25 years. He was buried in the Gijzelbrechtegem Churchyard, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. He was the son of Florance James Parish and Mary Imilda Parish, of Morden Common, Surrey and husband of D. Parish.
