Charles Henderson Eyvell was born in Wallsend, Northumberland on 18 August 1873. He entered the Royal Navy as an Acting E.R.A. 4th Class on 18 June 1896. Served on Partridge, May 1899-May 1902, when he purchased his discharge as an E.R.A. 3rd Class. With copied service paper.
