Presentation Silver Pocket Watch, reverse plate exterior inscribed, ‘Presented to Mr Mews by the crew of the S.S. City of Aberdeen for Bravery in Saving at the peril of his own life one of the above crew while bathing, London 22.7.02’, some of the inscription is faint through wear, plate interior stamped ‘X 2275180’ ‘0.935’, ‘13’, and with some jeweller’s marks, appears to be in working order, hairline crack to watch face, good condition £100-150
