France, Veteres Lapini, 1916, a uniface cast base metal medal, signed C.G., rabbit left, VL below, Latin legend around, 85mm.,very fine and very rare; with integral loop for suspension; La Céramique, 1909, a bronze-gilt plaque by G.-H. Prud’homme, seated female examining a vase, reverse ceramic objects surrounded by laurel wreaths, named and dated 1924, 66 x 52mm (CGMP p.333) [2]. Very fine and better; first with integral loop for suspension, second in case (£40-50)

A literal translation of the legend on the first item reads ‘Rabbit veterans always happy up to the end’
