France, La Vêtement du Prisonnier de Guerre, 1914, bronze medals by M. Blondat after Forain (2, one plated), prisoner of war seated, writing pad perched on his knee, left hand to his forehead, 70 x 41mm; uniface bronze plaque, same subject, 133 x 80mm. [3]. Last extremely fine and pierced at corners to facilitate display, bronze medal with patch of verdigris on obverse and plated bronze medal with two patches of discolouration, otherwise better than very fine (£60-80)
