Belgium, Charles Rogier, 50 Years a Parliamentarian, 1882, a bronze medal, unsigned, crowned arms on mantle, reverse legend in 12 lines, 51mm (Moyaux 95). Obverse extremely fine, reverse nearly so (£30-40)

Charles Rogier (1800-85), one of the founders of the first government of Belgium after independence; as Minister for the Interior he played a large part in the inauguration of the Belgian railway system from 1833
