France, La Parure, 1925, an octagonal bronze repoussé plaque by P. Turin for La Gerbe d’Or, three female figures, one standing naked at front, artist’s signature on rim below, 81mm (Classens 131; cf. Baudey/Bricher 1992, 123; cf. BDW 5, 124, DNW 35, 569 and 42, 1499). A charming example of Art Deco, very fine and lightly patinated, without suspension and much rarer as such (£80-100)
