France, EnΩpai, 1925, a uniface bronze medal by P.-M. Dammann for Arthus-Bertrand, kneeling semi-nude female caressing the head of one of two female deer, 68mm, edge stamped 14 (cf. BDW 5, 119). Light grazing on female’s arm and leg, otherwise about extremely fine and nicely patinated, rare (£70-90)
