France, Musées Nationaux, 1910, a bronze award medal by O. Yencesse, female figure of La République standing in front of the Louvre, Greek and Egyptian vases on ground, reverse four crossed branches around central tablet, engraved (Exemplaire de Collection), 72mm (PBE –; CGMP p.403; BDM VI, 698; cf. DNW 38, 769). Softly worked in this artist’s familiar style, extremely fine, scarce (£30-40)
