France, Rédemption, 1901, a bronze medal by G. Dupré, semi-naked man kneels at feet of the Virgin to kiss the feet of the baby Jesus, sheep in fields behind, reverse naked man at altar, 73mm (CGMP p.167; BDM I, 653; BM Acq. 1978-82, pl.41, 69; cf. DNW 47, 671); together with Angélus, 1903, a bronze plaque by G. Dupré, shepherdess seated with child, guarding her flock, reverse farm labourer and dog in contemplation, bullocks pulling a plough under the branches of a tree, 70 x 51mm (PBE 422; CGMP p.167; BDM VII, 239; BM Acq. 1978-82, p.41, 70; The Medal 44, p.43; cf.
