c. 1630-60; William Mart, vintner, The King’s Head, fl. 1666, previously vintner, The Queen’s Head, Fleet street, apprenticed 1650; Lewis Willson and Henry Morris, vintners, The King’s Head, apprenticed 1651 and 1653 respectively, succeeded Thomas Kent but the partnership was broken in 1662; Anthony Joyce (†January 1668), chandler, vintner, married Katherine Fenner, a cousin of Pepys
