James Francey lived at Queenstown and enlisted at Hamilton. Serving with the 2nd Battalion Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, he was killed in action, France/Flanders, on 22 July 1915. He was buried in Bethune Town Cemetery. He was the son of William and Ellen Jane Francey (nee Surgeoner), of 88 Queen Street, Harryville, Ballymena, Co. Antrim.
