Mt Gwyn Williams was awarded one of three bronze medals given for the rescue of a lamb from Nant-y-Gamar Quarry, Llandudno, North Wales, on the night of 29/30 April 1961. With a copied page from the North Wales Weekly News, 4 May 1961, which gives an account of the rescue opertations.
