84 The medal is named to 6/11th R.A.
161 The medal has fixed suspension
343 The B.E.M. was gazetted in the Birthday Honours, 1952
346 The recipient's original M.S.M. is in the Royal Marines Museum
1362 The recipient is incorrectly listed in the published casualty roll as killed in action. In reality he was wounded and discharged as medically unfit on 10 May 1901 (Asplin roll refers)
1444 The recipient was aged 22 when he enlisted in 1915 so the L.S. & G.C. medal was probably awarded to his Father
1542 These are all unmarked official replacements. The original group is in the regimental museum
