The Dorsetshire Regiment three interesting group photographs showing officers of the 2nd Battalion at Kasr-el-Nil 1893 some named two portrait photographs of the same officer in the blue frock coat c1904 and another full length portrait of an officer in the Egyptian Service c1900 (6); a fine officer’s forage cap badge c1881-1897 for the 2nd Battalion silver Castle & Key gilt and green enamel scroll above ‘Primus in Indis’ and a similar scroll below ‘Montis insignia calpe’ the dependent gilt /enamel Sphinx broken and missing fasteners defective; six tunic buttons and four mess jacket buttons all post 1902 (11) the tunic buttons in poor condition £60-80
