M.S.M. London Gazette 7 February 1919. ‘... in recognition of valuable services rendered in connection with military operations with the Forces in East Africa.’

Frederick William Street initially served as a Driver Mechanic with the S.A.S.C. - Motor Transport. Promoted to Warrant Officer 1st Class in August 1917. Awarded the M.SM. for his wartime services in East Africa. Demobilised on 18 February 1919. With riband bar, copied service papers and gazette extracts.
