Alice Goodwyn was appointed a Nursing Sister with the Q.A.M.N.S.I. on 14 October 1903. Promoted to Senior Nursing Sister on 18 September 1917. Latterly a Superintendent of a Military Hospital in India. Her m.i.c. records service aboard the hospital ship
