Private James Wilding served with the 6th Dragoons in France from 6 October 1914, until he was wounded, left side and back, on 31 October 1914. He transferred to the Royal Flying Corps on 4 August 1916, and to the Royal Air Force as Corporal (Mechanic) in April 1918, later being re-classified as Corporal (Armourer). Sold with copy M.I.C. and service history sheet.
