The Black Watch (Royal Highlanders), a scarce and fine quality Sergeant’s ‘bi-metal’ KC glengarry badge c1902-1926, the star and overlay sections die-struck in one piece, the title scrolls and other overlays with a gilded finish, the central silver plated ‘42’ applied to a small gilded metal plate, the plate then being brazed on to the rear of the star, extremely fine quality with slight rubbing only to the gilded high points £80-120
