The Royal Scots, an extremely fine and rare officer’s forage cap badge, 2nd Battalion, c1872 -1881, gilt star back plate, the arms of the cross overlaid with silver panels, upon this the raised pierced gilt and green enamel Motto and Collar of the Thistle, in the centre St Andrew and Cross, two loop fasteners, near mint condition £300-400
