Greek coinage, Sicily, Syracuse, Dekadrachm signed by Kimon, c. 404-400, fast quadriga driven left by charioteer holding reins and kentron, Nike flying right to crown him above, display of shield, greaves, cuirass, and crested Attic helmet in exergue, all connected by a horizontal spear, ΑΘΛΑ above, rev. ΣΥΡΑΚΟΣΙΩΝ, head of Arethusa left, wearing ear-ring with pendant and beaded necklace, wavy hair bound in front with ampyx, inscribed with K and caught up behind in net, three dolphins around, a fourth makes dorsal contact with neck truncation, ΚΙΜΩΝ on its body, 43.08g/6h (Jongkees 7, pl. 2, A; Kraay-Hirmer 118; Hoberman pp.78-9, this coin).
