Arthur George Lewis enlisted into the Army on 24 July 1905. As a Private in the 17th Lancers, he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 6 October 1914. He was discharged on 14 April 1916 due to sickness. Entitled to a Silver War Badge. With copied m.i.c. and roll extract.
