Royal Regiment of Artillery Officer’s Shako Plate c. 1806 - 1812. A fine quality die stamped copper gilt example being the standard ‘trophy’ plate but with the title ‘Royal Regt of Artillery’ enclosing the central GR cypher and at the base a mortar with two piles or ordnance, four small holes for attachment to the shako (KK 798A), small surface crack to the lower left side otherwise in very good condition £800-1200
