Cleaned in the past, with associated surface marks and a reverse edge knock at 3 o’clock, otherwise good fine, rare £150-200

100 struck; the issue, probably struck by Thomas Williams and promulgated on Monday, 20 October 1788, was quickly withdrawn as currency and later distributed privately as medals (Dykes, forthcoming)
