Middlesex [City of London], Piccadilly, London Corresponding Society, Skidmore’s mule Halfpenny, man hanging from gallows, cap of Liberty and obelisk, rev. obelisk and masonic emblems, edge engrailed, 9.31g/6h (DH 291; Harris –). Excess of metal on lower reverse rim, otherwise extremely fine with original colour, extremely rare and the most desirable of all the masonic tokens of the period £1,500-2,000
