Medals Related to Aviation, France, Venus et l’Amour, 1928, an Art Deco gilt-bronze paper knife by L. Bazor, naked Venus carrying cupid above her head, reverse of blade named (à Auguste Grudet, pour ses 30 ans de presence, Souvenir des ‘Vieilles Tiges’, 1933), 248mm (CGMP p.31; cf. BDW 13, 286, DW 24, 224 and DNW 33, 370). Signs of moderate use, otherwise very fine and rare as a named piece (£100-130)
