Musicians’ Headdress Badges, a very fine and scarce selection, c1850-1890’s, a small ‘circular’ pattern in gilding metal featuring a coiled bugle horn with crossed instruments and open music book, two loop fasteners; an identical one in white metal; a white metal type featuring a French horn, trumpet, serpent and clarinet, two loop fasteners; a larger white metal type featuring an open music book, coiled bugle horn, trumpet, serpent and clarinet and laurel sprays, two loop fasteners; and a larger die-stamped silver plated type featuring a similar display of instruments, two loop fasteners, an exceptional collection of these rare badges, very fine overall condition £100-150
