Charles I (1625-1649), Charles i, Coinage of the Lord Justices, Issue of 1643-44, usually called Ormonde Money, Crown, obverse crowned CR (CR seperated by a diamond surrounded by four dots), reverse "V" surmounted with '"S" with curved ends (S 6544; DF 291; SCSI 15). Some light scratches to left of the "V", pleasantly toned and otherwise, good very fine (£450-600)
