Private Andrew T.McIntyre, 2/8 Battalion (Post Office Rifles), London Regiment was awarded the Military Medal for the action at Wurst Farm Ridge on 20 September 1917. Sergeant Knight of the 2/8 London Regiment received the Victoria Cross for his part in this action.
