U.S.A., Order of Liberators, silver-gilt and enamel breast Badge, in the form of a white enamelled cross, with central red enamelled heart and applied silver-gilt coronet, oval silver-gilt suspension, the center of which is set with a star shaped mount with inset diamond, the reverse of cross inscribed ‘Be Just, Merciful, Honorable and Brave, Maine 203’, reverse of suspension with brooch fitting and inscribed ‘8A’, very fine £60-80
