Golab Singh entered the service on 19 December 1857. He became Jemadar, 10th Bengal Lancers (2nd Hodson’s Horse) on 3 November 1879; Ressaidar, 6 April 1885; Ressaldar, 18 September 1885. He is last shown in the Indian Army List for January 1890.
