Lieutenant Evans Kettlewell served in the Peninsula and was present at the battles of Vimiera, Talavera, Busaco and Albuhera. The regiment, being much reduced, was sent home in October 1811, and subsequently served in North America. Lieutenant Kettlewell was placed on Half Pay on 25 December 1818.
