Private Stephen Hilliard Martion, 5th Battalion Canadian Infantry (Saskatchewan Regiment), was killed in action on 2 June 1916, aged 42 years. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial. He was the husband of Elizabeth Martin of 287 Hunter Street, Hamilton, Ontario.
